A decade of training, and I just got my black belt in Kung Fu. My new journey has just begun. . .
On this new journey I will learn and expand my knowledge and I will reach for every goal, because martial arts is my passion. I want to continue martial arts, and
want to pass on my instructor's teachings. Martial arts is my passion for numbers of reasons. Some reasons are that the art form in itself is amazing, I love the
morals of martial arts, and the studio is the place that I feel complete serenity.
I want to go further in my martial arts so that I can learn all kinds and types. In my time of doing thes sport / art , I have learned Shaolin Kung Fu, I was exposed to other
martial arts, and I am learning Traditional Kung Fu. But as my instructor said, "To become great at martial arts you have to devote yourself and learn all you can",
and I plan to do so. Also, I want to eventually go to international championships , I want to be able to compete in the higher divisions and in order to do so, I have to
continue my martial arts and continue to improve. In addition, I want to continue my martial arts because I want to show my skills as my future profession.
My instructor is my role model. He is an outstanding teacher who cares deeply about his students. He taught me life skills and ways I should behave and so many
other things. He is a good man who devotes himself to his family and his students. His devotion inspires me because of that, he is my role model.
Furthermore, I respect his guidance. My instructor, Sifu André
